Cryptocurrencies Have Rebounded Slightly After 20% Drop

Cryptocurrency prices have rebounded, pushing higher after their market capitalization (market cap) fell roughly 20% over the last few days.

At the time of report, this total market value had climbed to $148 billion, modestly higher than the multi-week low of $139.7 billion it reached earlier today, CoinMarketCap figures show.

The total market cap of cryptocurrencies dropped to this low after reaching a fresh, record high of $179.8 billion on September 2, according to additional CoinMarketCap data.
